Out of control around food

You've tried diets, GLP-1 meds, bariatric surgery, meal plans, willpower, and support groups, but nothing touches the real problem. You need help with the emotions, trauma, triggers, and nervous system patterns underneath the eating behavior.

Binge or emotional eating

You binge eat, overeat, or eat emotionally — especially at night. You often think, “I don’t know why I do this,” “I’m hungry for something emotional, not physical,” or “I feel so ashamed.” Our program is built for you.

Shame and Secrecy

You're exhausted from the shame and secrecy. You hide wrappers, eat alone, and feel embarrassed, like you have a double life. Our approach is safe, trauma-informed, and judgment-free.

Late Night Snacking

Nighttime eating is rarely about hunger — it’s about soothing, numbing, or distracting yourself when your system feels overwhelmed, exhausted, or emotionally activated. My integrative approach blends neuroscience, nervous-system regulation, emotional awareness, and simple metabolic shifts to help you break the cycle. Together we uncover the patterns underneath the nighttime urges and create new habits that support calming your body, stabilizing blood sugar, and restoring trust with food.

Designed for you

If you eat to cope, soothe, escape, or numb — our program is made for you. We offer compassionate, science-based care — not diets, shaming, or restriction. We want healing, not punishment. Understanding, not judgment. Real change, not temporary control. We give you a safe place to rebuild your relationship with food AND yourself.

Integrative approach

My integrative approach to eating disorders combines evidence-based counseling with clinical hypnosis, somatic exercises, polyvagal-informed therapy, and narrative work to help calm and re-regulate the nervous system. Many patterns of dysregulated eating develop in response to chronic stress, trauma, or prolonged fight-or-flight activation. Using gentle, targeted mind-body interventions, we work to reduce anxiety, restore internal safety, and reprogram the unconscious responses that contribute to emotional eating, restriction, or binge-and-shame cycles. I support clients in coordinating with their physician or registered dietitian to ensure they receive appropriate medical and nutritional guidance as part of their whole-person recovery.

Unique and effective

We understand the biggest concern is choosing the right program. We offer personalized support and guidance to ensure you find the best fit. Our programs are designed to address the root causes of your eating behaviors, providing lasting solutions that other approaches may miss. In person and Virtual options.
